New Features
- Customer Center for Android — Android SDK 2.8.5 adds the Customer Center, a native self-service screen where users can view and restore purchases, cancel or change a Google Play subscription, request a refund, manage a web subscription, and contact support, with no extra setup.
- Customer Center for iOS — New guide for the iOS Customer Center (SDK 4.18.0+), a native screen where users manage App Store and web checkout subscriptions, restore purchases, request refunds, change plans, and contact support, localized in 41 locales.
- Superwall for Agents — Superwall for Agents is no longer in private beta, so you can build paywalls with the framework or an AI agent and push them to Superwall without requesting access first.
Improvements
- Android SDK 2.8.5 — Fixes active subscribers being reported as inactive when Google Play is unavailable at launch, prevents Google Play auto-refunds by acknowledging unacknowledged purchases on every sync, stops `register()` from stalling when a product query is dropped, and now dismisses paywalls that fail to load.
- Custom Store Products — Clarified that purchases through your own checkout (such as Stripe) count as conversions but report $0 revenue in Superwall, so track their revenue in your billing provider.
